The Feel Good Post is a monthly mail experience designed to bring a little more joy, motivation, and feel-good energy into your everyday life, delivered straight to your doorstep.
For $17/month, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated collection of beautifully designed items, including:
- Three whole-food inspired recipes that double as art prints, and designed to support a feel-good, balanced lifestyle
- One surprise recipe (think: a fun drink, dessert, or shareable favorite for your next get-together)
- A monthly habit tracker or challenge card to help you stay consistent in a way that feels good
- Meaningful journal prompts to help you reflect and stay aligned with what really matters
- Two unique, stickers for a little extra fun
- And at the heart of it all, a letter from me to you. A mix of real-life thoughts, things I’m learning, moments I’m navigating, and small mindset shifts that have helped me keep going, grow, and feel more like myself.

🗓 When will my mail arrive?
We ship during the last week of each month.
Since this is sent as letter mail (not a package), delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after it ships, sometimes longer.
💳 When will I be billed?
You’ll be billed when you sign up, and then monthly from there.
To keep things fair and predictable:
- Join on or before the 20th → you’ll receive that month’s delivery
- Join after the 20th → your first delivery will be the following month
📦 Will I receive tracking information?
Because this is sent as standard letter mail, tracking is not included. This helps keep costs low and allows us to focus more on what’s inside your mail, not the shipping.
💌 What if my mail doesn’t arrive?
While it’s rare, mail delays can happen.
If you haven’t received your delivery within 10 business days after shipment, reach out. thefeelgoodpost@yahoo.com.
🔁 Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes—easily.
🎁 Can I gift this to someone?
Yes and it makes a really meaningful gift. You can:

📭 Can I update my address?
Yes, just make sure to update it before the 20th to ensure it applies to the upcoming shipment.
